The 8-weeks course will begin with an overview of grape composition and wine styles and follow the process of wine production, including the type of oak to us, and the alcohol production and fermentation process. It is suitable for hobbyist winemakers, industry suppliers, wine sales associates, and anyone who wishes to better understand the winemaking process.
Each person will make a small batch of wine and get a set of course notes and a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
