BSc Hons Animal Science

Through a combination of scientific excellence and hands-on learning, students will learn from leading academics in their fields. This course will be held at Sutton Bonington Campus, which is home to the University Farm and Dairy Centre. As well as a commercial operation, the farm has research and teaching facilities, and farm staff participate in teaching.

Students have four options at the end of year one: Bioveterinary Science, Physiology and Biotechnology, Livestock Production, and Ecology and Conservation.

A student can also take an extra year abroad, complete an industrial placement, or study computer science to enhance their employability.
