Bachelor of Science - Innovative Foods
Majoring in Innovative Foods will prepare students to be leaders in developing innovative, safe, healthy and sustainable foods. With connections to the industry and coummunity, students have advantageous access to mordern sensory and food processing facilities during their coursework units. Graduates of this major have robust opportunities in food formulation, food research and development, quality assurance, food plant management, food molecular biology, flavour chemistry, consumer relations, food quality assurance and teaching.
