Bachelor of Science in Agriculture - Animal Science (Ranch Operations / Business / Livestock Merchandising / Animal Biotechnology)

A wide range of animals are studied in animal science, including livestock species (beef, dairy cattle, goats, horses, poultry, sheep, and swine) and companion animals. The OSU animal science program covers concepts from production to processing, as well as the value associated with livestock. Additionally, the program is versatile enough to cater to a wide variety of interests, from going to veterinary school to maintaining the health of animals to managing a ranch, working for an animal health company, and even working in communications.
