Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Food Science

In the Food Science (Honours) degree program, students develop solid mathematical, natural, and applied science backgrounds to prepare them for a variety of careers. As part of their studies, students will have the opportunity to apply their skills to product design and investigation projects, professional food practice, food systems management, and research towards their thesis project.
