Bachelor of Science Honors in Animal Behaviour

This degree program helps students understand how animals navigate their physical and social environments, process information, and maximize survival and reproduction. This course draws on the teaching and research expertise of the Departments of Psychology and Biology to explore behaviours at both proximate and ultimate levels; the proximate level examines hormonal controls and gene expression, whereas the ultimate level examines evolutionary origins and reproductive consequences.
