Bachelor of Science (Honors) - Food Science

The Food Science Honors is a research-based program that explores topics like Food Microbiology, Clinical Nutrition, and Foodborne Pathogens. It prepares students for graduate-level studies or for a career in the food industry, scientific research, applied research, or product development in the private or public sectors. The BSc Honors program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences is a more specialized and research-intensive degree. As a prerequisite for admission as well as for continued success, it requires a higher level of academic achievement.
